New Project and Concept

After continuing with my initial plan of couple photoshoots for my FMP i found that although i enjoyed working with the couples and meeting new people, at present my photography is mainly based on the commercial market and i really wanted to work on opening up a new business idea which involves me photographing children in a more creative style, based on a fine art concept.

I have done several photoshoots of children throughout my work based learning assignment and feel that this new project links in well with my work and also adds another possible strand to my business.

My Concept

To photograph children in a before and after style, using face paints to create a mask and observing through imagery how their personalities change from doing this.

I plan on organising a fun day at a local church hall and inviting children of various ages to attend. I'll also be collaborating with a Make up Artist who does face painting and a local party/children's entertainer.
